The absolute BEST eyecare experience we’ve had! Our family recently switched our care to West Ottawa and the experience was AMAZING! The staff is not only incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, but they’re all very friendly, kind, and patient as well. My 4 children (ages 7-16) were completely comfortable with Dr. Hannah and her staff, and had no problem going back for their exams WITHOUT A PARENT 😳 That never happens! But again, the staff is friendly and competent and you just naturally feel at ease while in the office. I really appreciated that the office is not overcrowded and that service is quick and easy, thanks to the staff being completely prepared for your visit before arrival! They also accept medicaid and still treat every patient with respect and dignity, which is sometimes hard to find in any medical field. I highly recommend West Ottawa Eyecare for both adults and children. You WILL NOT be disappointed!!Malissa A.
